Job Description

In this role you will be managing customers, partners and sales interactions on orders, ensuring best in class communication and customer experience. Your Profile •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management or equivalent •Typically 4-6 years experience •Experience designing and implementing policies, processes, and tools to support client sales processing •Strong analytical, statistics and problem solving skills. •Understanding of and experience in applying business and sales processing tools, systems and practices to various situations •Reviewing and interpreting client agreements and resolving ambiguity or issues •Excellent written and verbal communication skills •Mastery in English, local language is a plus   Responsibilities
  • Responds to queries and offers consultancy on ordering process
  • Redirects and helps resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Takes action to solve and avoid recurrent issues with owners
  • Leads corrective action in the OM&C area based on TCE/TPOE feedback
  • Escalation contact for stakeholders on all operational questions/issues on orders
  •  Addresses complaints and helps speed resolution
  •  Proactively informs on progress and sets right expectations
