- Native/Fluent in verbal and written in DUTCH with min. B2 English
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Computer literate, tech support experience is a plus
- Dynamic, stress-resistant, proactive and willing to propose solutions
- Analytical and systematic problem solving skills required
- Resolving technical enquiries and troubleshooting – a single product or small set of products
- Phone, email and chat support services
- Act as a query and escalation point contact for clients
